Career Goal Statement
My prior experience in the wedding industry has given me a new found passion to create events that make a difference and hold significance to the attendees. Being able to be a part of someone's magical day gave me intrinsic motivation to want to continue to give 110% every weekend a put a smile on the guests' faces. This also motivates me to want to learn more about weddings in my free time, while also pushing me towards my goal of becoming a professional wedding coordinator in the upcoming years.

About Me
I am a current senior at Temple University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Hospitality Management with an Event Planning concentration. The skills and experience I have acquired through being apart of this program will make me a great asset to companies in my future endeavors. I understand that the importance of smooth communication, professionalism, and attention to detail is what brings an event to life. I place a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction by being an active listener to find underlying solutions that will satisfy their needs. Able to pick up quickly on new skills and adapt smoothly in new fast paced environments.

Leadership Style
When working with a team, it is first important to understand each other's differences and strengths. Understanding what makes each team player unique is a vital factor in effectively & efficiently achieving success. A democratic leadership style is one I model after since I find value in collaboration and hearing new perspectives from my coworkers and colleagues. Having a diverse team allows everyone to bring their own experience and expertise to the table to create innovative solutions to common issues that arise in the hospitality industry.
